Refund policy

We want you to feel confident about your build. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Our return policy is simple and stress-free, so you can focus on your next build.

30-Day Return Period

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. We are unable to accept return requests made after this 30-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • New and unused, unassembled with no signs of use
  • Complete, with all original parts, pieces, and accessories
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and inserts intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your receipt, order number, or confirmation email

Returns of Non-Defective Products

Non-defective items may be returned within the 30-day window, provided they meet the eligibility conditions.

  • Return shipping. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage on arrival), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • No restocking fee. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, with no restocking or processing fees deducted. In case of free shipping, we do not refund original shipping charges, except where required by law or in cases where we made a mistake (wrong item shipped, etc.).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your kit is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at support@blocksracer.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

For these items, you may choose either:

  • A free replacement of the same item, shipped at our expense, or
  • A full refund, including any shipping charges you originally paid.

We cover all return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Simply use the prepaid label included in your box.

If a block is missing from your set, there is no need to return the entire kit. Let us know which piece is missing and we will ship the replacement part directly to you.

How to Start a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@blocksracer.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with confirmation and instructions.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all parts, tags, and accessories.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label included in your box (or request a new one from us) and drop the package off with the carrier.

Please note that items returned without prior notification and approval cannot be accepted or refunded, so always contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will send you a free replacement. Simply email support@blocksracer.com.

For all other exchanges, the fastest option is to return your original order for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-designed or personalised block sets
  • Special or custom-requested orders
  • Clearance sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@blocksracer.com and we will resolve it promptly.

European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This right applies in addition to the return terms above.

The same eligibility conditions apply: the item must be unassembled and unused, complete with all original parts, in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds for EU withdrawals are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of our receiving and approving the return.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
