We want you to feel confident about your build! We want to have you feel good about what you're building!

We're here to make it right if something is not right with your order. We're doing this to make our return policy simple, easy to understand and stress-free: we don't want you worrying about returns, we want you to focus on your next build.

30-Day Return Window

30 day return policy. Unfortunately we can't accept the return request if 30 days have elapsed since your order was placed.

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be:

- Unassembled and unused
- Complete with all original parts and accessories
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Getting a return started is simple. Simply send us an e-mail to support@blocksracer.com and we will guide you through the process. In the event that your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on what and how to return your package to us.

Note: This does not accept items returned without prior notification and consent.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your kit is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@blocksracer.com so we can assess the situation and put it right for you.

Missing a block mid-build? It happens and it's never your problem to stress over. Just let us know which piece is missing and we'll ship out the replacement parts directly. No need for a full return, no hassle.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Custom-designed or personalised block sets
- Special or custom-requested orders
- Clearance sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original order and place a new one separately. If accepted, grab a different item and return to the store to purchase again.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is sent to the European Union, you can cancel and return your order in any case within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason.

The same conditions will also apply: your item will be unassembled, unused, complete with all original parts and returned to its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and verify your return, we will email you to inform you if your refund has been approved. Your refund will be made automatically to the same payment source you used to pay within 10 business days after the approval.

Note: Banks and credit card companies may take longer to credit the refund to your account.

Please email 15 business days after your refund has been approved and received, and we will take action immediately at support@blocksracer.com if you have not received your refund.
