We Know You're Excited, Let's Get Your Kit to You
Waiting for a new build to arrive is genuinely one of the best feelings. We take that seriously, which is why we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and with zero stress along the way.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options so you can choose what works best for you:
Standard Shipping: Free Our standard tracked shipping is free, on every order, no minimum spend required. It's our way of making sure every builder gets a fair deal right from the start.
Express Shipping: Calculated at Checkout Need your kit sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout and the cost is calculated based on your location and order details. It's the fastest way to get your build in your hands.
Whichever option you choose, your order will be fully tracked from our door to yours.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Most orders are packed up and with the courier within 24-48 business hours of your payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If we're in the middle of a big new release week or a busy season, things might take just a little longer than usual. But the moment your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking number straight to your inbox so you always know what's happening.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 7pm GMT-5. Orders placed before this time will be processed the same business day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
How Long Will Delivery Take?

These are honest estimates most orders arrive well within the window, but things like local courier schedules or customs can occasionally add a day or two. We appreciate your patience when that happens.
Where Do We Ship?
We ship to countries across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania. If you're not sure whether we deliver to your country, just drop us a message at support@blocksracer.com, we'll figure it out with you.
Keeping Track of Your Order
The moment your kit ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. You can also pop over to our Track My Order page anytime for a live update without having to hunt through your emails.
Tracking details can sometimes take a few hours to update after dispatch, so don't panic if it looks quiet at first, it's on its way.
Customs & Import Charges
For orders going outside the UK, your parcel may pass through customs and could be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are set by your country's customs authority - not by us - and aren't something we're able to cover or predict.
If you're unsure what to expect, it's worth checking with your local customs office before you order. We always mark shipments honestly and accurately, so please don't ask us to do otherwise.
What If My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected?
Sometimes things happen that are genuinely out of our hands - a carrier delay, a busy customs period, or unpredictable weather. If your order seems later than it should be, here's what we'd suggest:
- Check your tracking link - it usually has the most up-to-date info
- Give it a couple of extra business days, especially for international orders
- If it still doesn't feel right, reach out to us at support@blocksracer.com and we'll dig into it for you
What If Something Arrives Damaged?
Please give your kit a once-over when it arrives. If the packaging looks rough or something inside is damaged, get in touch with us straight away at support@blocksracer.com include your order number and a quick photo and we'll sort it out, no questions asked.
Missing a Block?
Discovered a missing piece halfway through your build? It happens, and it's honestly no big deal. Head to our contact us page for Block Replacement request, tell us what's missing, and we'll get it shipped out to you quickly. No need to return anything.
